This page lists which data Brå stores and processes from symposium participants.
To be able to administrate the symposium, Brå needs to process the following data from all symposium participants: name, job title, organization, city, country, email and mobile number. Brå also needs to process information about any dietary preferences in order to be able to meet these needs during the symposium. The lawful ground for the processing is to fulfil the agreement entered when registering for the symposium. We will also collect your payment information when you pay with credit/debit card or invoice.
A delegate survey will be sent out to all symposium participants on the last day of the symposium. The survey is answered anonymously and will be saved and reported internally. The lawful ground for this processing is to perform a task of public interest.
Contact details can be saved for future correspondence about the Stockholm Criminology Symposium. The data processed is then name and e-mail address.
The lawful ground for the processing is consent.
Personal data may be disclosed in accordance with the principle of public access to information.
Personal data will be stored in a database in Sweden and is only saved for as long as is required to administrate the symposium and carry out the survey, and is deleted in the event of out-of-date information according with current regulations.
As a registered participant you have certain rights.
You can at any time withdraw a consent you previously have given. This, however, does not affect the processing that took place before the withdrawal.
